Clear Vision X Shez Lookin Native (AQHA)
Mauzi joined us in the fall of 2011 as a two year old. She is sired by Clear Vision, a fewspot stallion by Twenty Twenty Vision and Precious Dreams. Mauzi's dam is a black AQHA mare.
Mauzi is a great example of how the fewspot stallions can put color on the foal of a non appaloosa mare. She is a dark bay or seal near leopard. Mauzi stands l4.3 hh and very stoutly built.
She has been known to produce foals quite a bit taller than herself.
Mauzi is in foal to Mighty Bright Reward for 2023.

Mauzi and Lisa attended a "Colt Starting " clinic with Buck Brannaman in September 2013. The clinic lasted four days and after about 20 hours of work, Mauzi was walking and trotting under saddle nicely. Pictured is Lisa riding Mauzi at the end of the clinic with Buck behind.
There were a dozen "colts" and riders in the clinic.
